These services are for clients who are moving into a new home or business location!

Do you desire to have a fresh start in a new home or are you planning to considerably downsize or increase the space in your new home? If so, this is for you! My goal is to make the home or business transition process as stress free as possible for my clients.

Before the Move

Organizing Session  

  • My regular organizing & decluttering sessions would be very beneficial before moving. (See details under the space organizing tab!)

  • Decluttering and sorting items prior to moving will make the actual move and unpacking period much easier. 

  • Some moving companies charge by weight. Decluttering before a move will help reduce the cost of items being moved! 

  • If the client has a functional plan in place BEFORE moving in they are more likely to maintain it.

  • $50/hour (2 hour minimum)

  • When organizing supplies are needed, there will be 10% product procurement fee on the invoice.  This cost covers the time spent planning and shopping for products for your specific budget and space.

Space Evaluation

  • Before moving in, I will visit the new home with the client to help them evaluate the space. I will suggest products & systems to put in place before moving in that will help the client make the best use of their space.

  • $60 per session (not to exceed 2 hours)

After the Move

Unpacking & Organizing

  • It often takes one person at least a full day to unpack and organize a kitchen alone! 

  • I will work diligently to put things away in an organized manner and suggest the needed organizational tools to make the best use of the new space. If space is limited, I will implement creative organizational ideas to make the space functional for the client.

  • $50/hour (2 hour minimum)
