My number one goal in wedding coordinating is to alleviate the stress & problem solving for the bride, groom, and their families on the rehearsal and wedding days! I strive to make sure things run smoothly so that the wedding party & guests can enjoy a stress-free, memorable event! Don’t worry about the details, I’ll take care of them!
Paige was the wedding weekend coordinator I didn’t even know I needed. From organizing my bridesmaids to curating a schedule of events to send to everyone, Paige was on top of the details that I hadn’t even thought about. On the day of my wedding at the drop of a hat, Paige was able to gather family members (some that she knew but most that she didn’t) for pictures and kept everyone on schedule. Did I mention Paige was even pulling double duty as she was also one of my bridesmaids! Paige was one step ahead at every part of the day and for that I am forever grateful!

Paige is so so wonderful! She made it to the venue before I did and was with me every moment that day! So helpful and organized, I felt like I didn’t need to worry! She helped whenever and wherever it was needed (she made the punch 10 minutes before the ceremony started!). I can not imagine what the day would have been like without her! Having Paige coordinate my wedding was a huge blessing to me. From a first hand experience of knowing her and seeing her gift of organization in action, I knew that she was the person I needed to help me and my unorganized self on my big day. In the beginning, we set the wedding date to be about 9 months out with plenty of time to plan. However due to my dad’s illness becoming more serious , we decided to move the wedding date up so he could be part of my wedding day. This meant that we had a little over a month to really get everything together and planned. Paige graciously accepted our change of date and for that I am truly thankful.
We met in person a few times to run over details of what I visioned the wedding to look like. Paige heard and saw my vision immediately. It was so nice to explain my thoughts and desires only once and to not be asked again and again for clarification on what I wanted. She heard it, saw it, and remembered it. That was truly refreshing for me to have someone to plan with who possessed this skill. My wedding was very unique with lots of little details that would have caused others to want to persuade me to do things differently. Paige did not do that; she ran with it and made it happen. She also helped me plan for things that I had never thought about.
On the evening of my rehearsal, everything went so smoothly and I loved being able to have someone take charge of managing two families, bridal parties, interpreters, and sound technician all of who were full of questions. She handled it all with grace and confidence. I did not have to worry or stress over anything during rehearsal.
My wedding day was a dream come true! Everything went smoothly, free of kinks, at least none known to me. I’m am so thankful for her helping me have the best day I could have ever dreamed of!
The last thought I will leave is this, the next day my dad said that this was the most beautiful and God honoring wedding he had ever attended. I will always cherish that moment with him . Thank you, Paige!
